Welcome to Bethel AME Church!

The first time anywhere can be an adventure but don’t worry, we have your back! Our greeters are ready to meet you at the door, help you find your place, and answer any questions along the way.

Childcare Available

We’re focused on enriching the spiritual lives of children and youth from birth through College by providing safe, active, consistent, and sustainable opportunities for growth and fellowship with God, with each other, and with the world.

From nursery to grade school, we have a wide range of kid groups that meet Sunday mornings. 

What to Expect

Come as you are! We're a welcoming community, and we want you to feel comfortable in whatever you choose to wear. Whether that's your Sunday best or jeans and a t-shirt, we're just happy to have you with us.

Yes! We offer engaging, age-appropriate programming through BB Littles & BB Kids for children ages 2.9 to 11. Programming takes place at our Youth Center (84 Wachusett Street) starting at 8:50 AM, but please note it is offered only on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of each month.

Our team will be happy to guide you there when you arrive!

Our campus spans multiple buildings. Parking is available at our Youth Center (84 Wachusett Street). You’ll also find street parking on Walk Hill Street and Wachusett Street, just steps from our Sanctuary.

Yes! Our youth group, called BB Scholars, meets twice a month on Sundays from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM. It’s a welcoming space for middle and high school students to connect, eat, and grow in faith together.

No check-in required — just come as you are! If you’re new, we’d love to connect with you. Fill out a visitor card when you arrive so we can welcome you properly.

Absolutely. We host Wednesday Night Bible Study at 7:00 PM via Zoom, along with prayer calls and ministry gatherings throughout the week. Check out our calendar for more.
