We have become so accustomed to pushing through to the point where we no longer recognize when we're running on empty. And eventually our bodies start talking back. Exhaustion. Anxiety. Sleepless nights, brain fog, unexplained pain and irritability. This session is an invitation to stop surviving and start thriving. Together, we'll have an honest conversation about what it means to care for ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We'll explore practical ways to manage stress, establish healthier boundaries, prioritize our health, and create space for rest without guilt. We'll also discuss health concerns that disproportionately affect women of color and learn how to recognize when it's time to seek support. Because self-care isn't selfish.
It's stewardship.
