Social Justice & Missions

At the heart of our faith is the call to go and make disciples of all nations.

At Bethel, our commitment to social justice is rooted in our faith and mission to serve. We partner with local and global organizations to address issues of housing, healthcare, environmental justice, and human dignity through direct action and advocacy. Our faith calls us to not only care for our congregation but to actively work toward justice and equity in the broader community.

We've partnered with institutions like Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the City of Boston to provide health resources, housing support, and wellness programs. Our sanctuary has welcomed White House officials and global leaders for discussions on racial justice and policy reform, while also hosting grassroots events that uplift and empower the community. Whether it’s improving health outcomes, supporting migrant families, or building bridges through advocacy and outreach, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus in a world that longs for justice and healing.
