Rediscovering You:

Meeting The Women You Neglected

MORNING CONCURRENT SESSION

10:30 AM - 11:45 AM

We've worn so many hats: mother, daughter, wife, caregiver, executive, entrepreneur, volunteer, ministry leader, and friend. At some point, many of us look up and realize that we've become experts at taking care of everyone else-but strangers to ourselves. This session is an invitation to reconnect with the woman who may have gotten lost beneath your responsibilities, expectations, and endless to-do lists. Together, we'll explore what it means to live authentically, give ourselves grace when life feels out of balance, and let go of the pressure to do everything, for everyone, all at once. Perhaps the goal isn't a perfect balance. Perhaps it's learning which things matter most in this season-and giving ourselves permission to let the rest wait. Come rediscover the woman you've been neglecting. She's still there.
